-When placing an advert, please try to add as much detail as possible, including photo's, prices and postage options. This should eliminate the need for too many questions or pm's to the seller.

-Only aquarium related products are to be advertised on the boards, any item found for sale that is deemed irrelevant will be removed unless prior permission has been obtained from a member of admin.

-When replying to an advert, keep it relevant to the sale or request, any reply found to be off topic will be removed.

-Do not post a reply to an advert simply to state that you feel that the price is too high, if you find that an advertised item is overpriced, please respect the seller and leave the thread alone, any such replies will be removed. If however you feel that there could be grounds to negotiate, then please communicate with the seller via pm, but do not berate or harrass the seller through pm's.

-If it is felt by the admin team, that any one member is abusing the buy/sell forums or flaming any sellers, we reserve the right to stop that member from being able to view any posts or threads within these forums.

Please also note that any reply to a thread that isn't either a direct question about the sale, or an answer to a legitimate question will be removed, i know it sounds harsh, but it wouldn't be fair if we allowed posts like "these are great plecs, i've seen them in person and are top quality", without allowing posts like "do not buy these, they are sub standard and deformed".
it may sound like we are being too strict, but at the end of the day, these forums are simply to advertise items for sale, much like a classifeds paper etc.. no feedback is visible there and they run a lot smoother than most forum buy/sells.
