hi,my Rotala Rotundifolia has now reached the top off the tank now,
will this plant flower if i leave it to grow?

Should do, it has a spike of pale pink flowers, a bit like our native "Purple Loosestrife" (Lythrum salicaria), but not as showy.

The leaves on the emersed growth are much rounder and tougher, and from what I remember tend not to go brown round the edges, and to do fairly well emersed.
