What to feed L134s?

hahah yep, well got them for $3 a packet if I got 10, So feeding 1 per week..... Ive got these babies for quite some time haha

On the other hand, found some viformo 700 tabs for $30 including shipping cant see any cheaper so far

I'd try finding something other then the bloodworms but that's just me, mite be ok every know and then but I just don't like them, I had a lot of dramas with bloodworms when I was breeding discus and to this day hate them.
It's probably fine with Plecos but you can't be to careful

Personally i like Hikari than other brand bloodworm. and i only use induce the spawn and not feed to fry untill they are semi adult(5cm+ up)
i used to breeding Discus make own beefhear mix with all the goodies (even Salmon LOL). Tetra bit is more good for Discus bring redness out on red strain Discus.
Also i used Sera vifomo, most of them dosen't seem it's their favorite .except more vegi like plec (example 397)

I think the skip one day part is so the woodeaters have an uninterrupted day of woodeating which is good roughage for their gut.
