Whats best frozed food for plecos ?

Hello I have some froozen fish foods but im not sure whats best for my plecos(for adults and fry)
L260,L333,L201,L144
I have this froozen fishfoods ;
blood worms
gammarus
cyclops
daphina
artemia (adult size)

All would be acceptable.
There is some caution when using bloodworms with fry though as its said to pose a choking hazard.
