saw an old post about using fenbendazole for planaria and hydras and just wanted to confirm that this worked great. Wasn't immediate but got rid of all the hydra in 2 days. Didn't need for water change or to remove my charcoal filter. Still did a water change 3 days later though just to be safe.

Had plants, caridina shrimps, ramhorn snails, pekoltia and hypancistrus sp., all were fine.

strangely enough, I have no idea! It had been a while since introduced any new stock but one day, they just popped up!

on the shrimp and hydra note, I found that they really didn’t affect my shrimps at all, even the younger ramhorns snails just trail past them. My caridinas aren’t currently breeding them I can’t say what they would’ve done to the fries though.
