As far as i'm aware the main difference when it comes to ID L200 is the Dorsal fin, in the Baryancistrus the Dorsal fin is connected to the Adipose fin by a small membrane, but the Hemiancistrus as most other Plecos has a distinct gap between the 2 fins.
Even without the dorsal being fully erect in this pic it looks like its connected, so i would offer my choice as Baryancistrus Demantoides hth
Though in retrospect maybe it isn't connected and is the more likely Hemi whoops

I think the Hemis are slightly sleeker profiled and the Barys have a more squat head, any chance of getting a pic with the dorsal stretched up, i'm pretty sure its a Hemi the more i look at it

i'd have to say hemi too, with the fin down, it almost looks like the dorsal and adipose are the same fin on a hi fin, head also looks too streamline for the Bary.

The distance between the dorsal and adipose fin dosnt seem to indicate too much, although the dorsal height does along with as scatz said the head. The head shows more detail too me then anything and would stick with Hemi.

looks likea bari to me, the yellow tips are a give away to me and in the lat pic the dorsal looks like it meets at a point

Some of the pics were sent to someone who is quite up on L200 to help and He said without a doubt it is a bary.
