Very similar to mine but with a few more spots down the caudal peduncle. Ive had mine a couple of years now and has never grown or at least not a noticeable amount, still a teeny 2".

Nice one. My little guy (1 of 3 to survice is still a tiny 2 incher also. After a few days, if he's eating right, he'll turn bluer and at least on mine have little yellow highlights on the fins as well as the white. Mine is pretty spectacular even at that small size, but he's very camera shy.

Cheers!

very nice mate, fully spotted too:clap:
It doesn't show in the shots very well but the spots are a powder blue color<3

The spots are why I choose him plus he has a good appetite he was on the cucumber within an hour yesterday so I'm hoping to see some growth soon.

Well it's day two and he seems to be out and about with lights on. seems to follow my little L001 around and do whatever he does.

Thanks a lot guys, I've had him over a week and he's settled in nicely and is always visible and very active. Unfortunately he's eaten all my Vals but at least he's eating right?

Maybe you need to provide him with more leafy veggies like maybe spinach leaves or lettuce?
I feed zuch, potato, squash and spinich, which he eats with gusto. I'm thinking he must have developed a taste for vals at the Previous owners:dk: He went right to work on them soon after we got him. He won't touch the anubas or java fern, only vals:wb:

Even my silver dollars won't touch the Anubias anymore. I think unless the fish are starving, they won't touch java fern or Anubias, which is a plus. :p

In your case, I guess he just likes vals, as you stated. My little one (I have 1 which is only 2 inches growing out in a 15 gallon) seems to like my Bacopa Carolina. That's the only fish I can think of which is stripping all the leaves, as my other fish were all in there before I got him.

Dang it. My little L128 which was doing so well mysteriously died this morning. Found him among the plants. Wondering if it's because the zucchini I tried to feed 2 days ago was left in a bit too long (about 30 hours). He was in the 15 gallon breeder (24") growing out for my 125 gallon.

Anyway, I'm glad Stan's is doing well.
