Evening boys and girls:hi:

My "pair" of L65 have finished their qt period so time to move them to their own tank so I took the chance of getting some pics to confirm A if there are L65 and B are they infact a pair. Pseuda are a new challenge for me so all opinions welcome. My only concern is that the info I can find on them states the the dorsal on females is alot smaller but looking at these then they look almost the same size
Sorry for the poor pics as I forgot to clean the photo tank out so theres load of dust and polystyrene bits in the shots. The fish are, male 6" and female 5" total length and have different head and body shapes which do suggest to me they are a pair.

Ok first fish, I am thinking female

This I am thinking is male

In Ingo's book it says that males have a noticeably larger dorsal fin, so I would give that a check.

The potential male does have a wider head and the potential female does look to be more rotund. I think you have a pair. For such a similar size their are noticeable differences.
