Rotala rotundifolia. I did a bit of research and the leaves grow different under water, it should come to me with small round leaves, once it has been established it will grow thin spiky leaves.....hopefully

Things have changed considerably in my nano, i think the initial plants were unsuitable umm that is, for me or I was unsuitable for them:whistle: I didn't kill them, they just went mad, well the riccia did. Have removed it now. I did open up the moss ball and positioned it kind of over a rock and with another rock on top, the moss is growing slowly round the edges of the rocks so has a much more natural look plus it has started to grow on the wood:clap:
Still using co2 and not long ago started my second bottle which is a refillable and cost £15

Anyway will take some photos tomorrow of how it looks now, has been like this for weeks so starting to settle down, do still have some of the original plants plus 3 or 4 new ones.
