some advice please, going to to change from 240l jewel vison running fluval 405 external to a new 5ft tank i brought,im going to use the 405 and fx5 on new tank, if i use all the water out the vision should i just top the tank right up or do it gradually over a couple of days?, obviously i know i need to keep the 405 intact to keep the bacteria on the filter.
or would it be worth taking some of the ceramic media from the 405 and adding to the new fx5 media ??
