tank pests

hi all,ive been watchin my new tank as it cycles and ive noticed
some very very small white lookin things jumpin around in the tank.
there only about 1/2 a mil long and stay manly on the glass,
any ideas wot they are? and is it ok to leave them in the tank?

If they move in a series of quick movements, (like a row of full stops .. . .... .. .?) and rest on the glass they are almost certainly Cyclops or another Copepod crustacean. They are harmless to Plecs and a really good food for Tetra's etc.

strange looking thing.they do look like that,glad tetras like them cos im getting some off them.
