Ok so i had this question for some time about how and if a UV clarifier can affect bacteria added to the water, liquid fertilizers and general fluids we add to our aquarium.Since i use Seachem products i send them an email about it.Here is what i asked them and their responce
Question:
Hello. My name is George from Greece.I've been using Seachem products for a while such us Flourish,Iron,Pottasium,Excel for my plants,Prime,Stability and also Discus Trace and Stressguard for my fish.I would like to know if those products are affected by the use of a UV clarifier and if so which one of them if not all.Thank you in advance.
Responce:
Hello George,
Thank you so much for using Seachem products, and also for your question regarding their use. The only products that could be adversely affected by a UV sterilizer are Stability and Flourish Excel. The UV can potentially kill off the bacteria contained in Stability and can also break down the active ingredient in Excel. Therefore, we typically recommend turning off the UV while dosing these two products. All of the other products that you are using will be unaffected by UV sterilization. Again, thank you for your question, and please let us know if we can help you further!

I though that was some usefull information for people using UV-C and wanted to share it with you.
