hey mate,
L191's are the dull eyed Panaques, maybe it's the angle of the photo but mine has red eyes. Bought it from MikeW when it was a juvi so he might be able to confirm.

It's a nigrolineatus L190. The hue of the picture makes it look like the colour of a L191 but in actual fact it's a red-eyed L190
