Worried about one of my two female BN's, she has just been cleaning the glass and she has a white stomach.
I will try and get a photo but for now it looks like this but worse.

A photo would help

Does the mark look like its under the skin?
Is the heater covered?

Heater is not even on at the moment, room temp keeping tank at 79.

Its hard to tell she is hiding right now.. will get a shot as soon as she is out, camera is ready just need her.

my first thought was heater burn, but if not that could be some fighting damage and could become infected. I guess I would add some melafix and pimafix as a precaution and help healing.

Well everyone else is clear.. still cannot a photo and don't want to try and catch her and cause stress.
Its a bit on her head and on her right side. Have added medicine so fingers crossed, she is still eating well so thats a good sign.

i think it looks like a baterial infection.. not sure though :dk:
Thanks for adding a photo can reduce some questions.
It looks more Bacterial than a burn, is it slightly raised?
If raised would lean to parasite infection which all tank hosts will need treatment.( possible tb if it is you can catch )
Are any other fish showing signs?
Have you added any new fish lately?
