Them darn snails

Hi Everyone

I have just got a new batch of plants,The problem is SNAILS not just one type but three.
I keep picking them out but the more i get Twice as many come back :wb: any tips other then chemicals

Assassin snails do the job, or loaches.
Drop a food pellet in while the lights are off and come back to it an hour later and the snails should be on the food, easy pickings for you then. or get a snail trap.

finger on glass,assassin snails.i get rid of my pain snails this way.
my betta and neons love it when i crush them on the glass.

I have been crushing them but did not know if this spread there eggs in the tank,what do the assassin snails eat after eating them snails

uneaten food,the same as normal snails i think.
i havent seen my assassin for ages cos he goes under the sand.i know hes still around tho cos i keep finding snail shells all over the tank.:yes:
i also suck them up when do water changes.

never had a problem with assasin snails eating eggs
They do slow down on the breeding front after a bit

I had troubles with snails with my bristlenose breeding. Was going to try chemicals when a mate brought over 6 clown loaches. These did the trick in a few days. They clean snail eggs and the snails up easily.
