Hi all,
Looks like Anubias "petite". Very slow growing, and the leaves will get algae on them (usually GSA and BBA). I've got a few Anubias plants in amongst "the jungle", and they tend to grew less algae then.
cheers Darrel
You have anice little Anubias plant there. Make sure you dont bury the roots or it will die. They are great for sucking up nitrates and are fish proof from most plant eaters!
Take forever to grow but easy to cut up and propogate/move onto different bogwoods and even tufa rock which i use to keep my Ph up. I over feed my fish far too much and this helps stop a Ph crash in most cases.
nice plant there.i agree with dw1305,ive just taken out and cleaned up 2 off my 3 Anubias plants cos of algae on them.also removed the string holding them to the wood
cos the long roots are doing it well.
