I haven't taken any photos of this fella for ages, so here is his comeback tour. He was very cooperative but the majority of the pics were under exposed and my lame photoshop skills couldn't resurrect them.

The best under exposed one I could salvage.

IMO the best angle for big Panaque is from above since you can see more of the width and bulk.

It's not often you can see his pectoral odontodes looking their best.

And a bonus pic from my yellowest L027, this is almost his permanent base colour, and because he's blind on this side, really good for taking photos of.

I kinda like "Dugout Canoe Eater". I love seeing pics of your fish. I believe I was watching one of your you-tube clips just yesterday. Thanks for sharing. That guy has killer whiskers.

A few more I just snapped, poor quality but decent enough subject in them.

Oscar, yes he does appear to be darker than when I first got him but I've only the pictures to refer to so I can't be too sure.

I really liked this one, just a shame the it's not in focus. The flared odontodes and area behind are pretty interesting.

And a bonus pic of my L273.

Since September 2009. This is my favourite picture from near when I first got him which I think he looks stunning in. I do think he has gotten darker, and gotten the typical line bunching of L190. I would like it if looked like this picture but he's still my favourite fish.
