I've heard a couple of prima sellers have been threatened with legal action from Tetra for repackaging their products. Just a word of caution in case they start snooping around forums.

I dont believe the stories to be honest Mark, people sell it on ebay and that would be a first obvious place to look in Tetras view.

I'm not recounting stories mate, this is first hand from a friend who received a legal demand from Tetra's lawyers for over £5k in damages from lost revenue and for selling potentially inferior product due to repackaging (making the food subject to light and air etc).

I'm not bothered if people sell it or not just thought I'd make you aware.
