It was just marked up as Hypancistrus sp, thought it was an L333 at first but the tail seems to be the wrong shape.

It certainly has L340 characteristics (headshape) but I agree on the black and white not quite fitting the description for L340. Maybe it is a hybrid of the L333 and L340 :dk:

looks yellow/cream to me on my monitor not white, also pic could be a bit overexposed and/or fish could be stressed slightly?

Didnt think L340's were black and white. My guess is L333.

It is black and white with marking very similar to my L333 but the tail seems different in that it appears less forked and almost truncated.

Hope this picture shows the colouration better.
