I would say it a royal panaque, but i not a expert

there seems to be a fair amount of red in its fins, so i'd say its a xingu

Yes it's L027 Xingu, or Panaque cf. armbrusteri 'Xingu' if you prefer.

Stupid it is It's a transparent window in the caudal fin, they are very common in juvenile Panaque and gradually reduces with age/size.
