hi guys and girls

I posted a thread a little while back that asked about a bn and zebra tank...i learnt very quickly that this would not be a good idea. So learning that you guys have a world of knowledge between you (could my nose be any browner) i thought i would ask;

If you had a bn tank who would you pick to be their tank mates?

The tank is 5.5ft long, 15wide and 18inch high - roughly 200ltr. I have two fully grown common bn's - 3 sub-adult longfin bn's and about 20 fry.

I was thinking about gold striped panaque?

Two different plecs you're talking about, but either should work.

Any of the dwarf Panaques should be okay.
Peckoltia Compta, Leopard Frog. Can be aggressive but tank is large enough.
Something like L144 would be nice but with other Ancistrus in the tank you risk cross-breeding.

i keep L204's with my bn's with no troubles at all. the 204's are very nice plecs and i personally think they are well suited for bn's as they both have similar dietry requirements.

take note thought the 204's will need a bit of bogwood in the tank as that is their main diet (cellulose).

all the plec's your huys had said are totally sexy (in a non perverted way..if there is a non perverted way of saying that!)..how do i decide...i feel hours of scrolling through the internet coming on!
