Looks like 2 females to me.

I'd guess 2 females also same eyes and body shape, not much hair on pectorial fins.

They are about 7cm.

How far away before the start to breed, if I can find a big male for them?

Here Is the other 3, about 7cm swell.

These are notoriously difficult to sex unless in breeding mode then the males get hairs all over tail section. When my male loses his hairs I can't tell him from the females :wb:
