L199 pair?

Ok, I'm being at little needy at the moment, lol. Just trying to get things done before I'm back at work.

Anyway, I've had these 2 a while, they are full grown at 3.5 to 4", thought they were both female as they are so fat but now think I have a pair.

Any thoughts?

both female imo one gravid aswell wouldnt leave her in with other plecs might get hybrids

No, it's one of my king tiger fry, the male let them out yesterday, lol. Must have been in a cave with one of these when I took them out.

A damn hard hypan too sex there is never much between them at the best of times the males are never 'typically' male but gut feeling both females they need a male one of the females looks full of eggs!!!

What makes them both females guys? My reasons for pair is that one is very round and more pointed at the nose while the other is longer/ slimmer and more rounded at the nose. Always good to pick up tips when you go wrong.

body shape is giving me he feeling they are both females imo and one is full of eggs
head shape can somtime go right but imo some females can look like males and vice versa
