Ive tried isolating with extremely clean water, fix it twins and meth blue not at the sane time. No use 
If you have it isolated I would try Esha 2000 @1ml per 4 uk gall for about 5 days then do a 50% waterchange...This is Esha at its max dose level...I have done this in tanks with panda corys and they were ok with it...It will however make your tank look very green.Ive tried isolating with extremely clean water, fix it twins and meth blue not at the sane time. My 2ft hospital tank has split and so it's not possible now unfortunately. What is the stuff you rub onto the fungus?
That would be Betadine. I have never used it myself so I can't help you on that one.

sorry cant help you further, would also have suggested the twins. The other option is a salt dip or like you said betadine. I think Brengun has used this for her L046 or L201. cheers jk

Both fins affected and I see the dorsal bone has shortened as well? Seems like its something wrong within the fish rather than an outside problem. Try the betadine daub though, you never know, it might work.
