No Expert here, So Dont hold me to this. Although in pic 1 I see Male, Male, Female & Female but in pic 2 I see female, female, Male, female. Hope this helps, At least you have both sexes. :)

If I was buying them I would guess 1m/3f bearing in mind the 3 smaller ones may become gravid in time or if they don't, try separating them from the dom male and see if any hairy butts develop.

3 small 1's to small to sex, big 1 male

at 3 years of age the small ones are exactly that too small.... they should be bigger and if they were female they would be mature enough to breed if you had an older mature male....

a mate of mine has bred zebs many times and they consistantly get fry up to 5-6cm in size under 12 mths....

other than that they are still nice fish... enjoy them... and feed them up well... and then maybe we can tell what sex they are in 6 mths or so....
