I believe the problem lies within the water at home, ive tested the tank with 3 different kits now as the first one id had a year, the second id borrowed off a friend and then purchased a 3rd for process of elimination, all show exactly the same results or near as. ive closed the tank down at home as i just couldnt risk losing more hypan adults than i already have, (4 zebs and 6 l400 due to a stuck on heater!)oh dear, but if you say they perked up after the move then it would suggest there is a problem with the water in the tank at home??
is your last zeb a male or female?
As mentioned in yesterdays post a burst pipe outside the office doesnt do anything to calm my paranioa regarding water quality either!
Im unsure of the sex of the last zeb to be honest Irene, it never caves, isnt agressive and doesnt try and dominate, but its still a little small to sex even at 2.5 years old. i shall try and get some proper photos up when i clean the tank next week.
