A few questions on feeding

Hi everyone. I gave a couple of questions, especially those who have Peckoltia compta. I want to give them the best possible diet, so what is the best? I'm feeding on hikari wafers and artema, bloodworm, daphnia and courgette. I want to feed them some seafood, so what and how do I prepare it? Thanks in advance

I feed mine Courgette, small shrimp and prawns along with Blood worm and Brine Shrimp to condition them
I understand that it is about this time of year they start spawning in the wild.

soft water cool large water changes all the normal stuff
just be aware they can be nasty buggers

L134 is about the hardest to sex in my opinion. post some photos

Havent got any yet, but one is showing deffinate hairs on it, will try and get some asap
