It seems to happen when they first start out FF. The ones I am breeding now did exactly the same thing. The fry hatched but looked very weak and started to die off over the following days. Dont worry though because they will spawn again and you should get better results as they keep spawning.

Well done that they have spawned gutted about the losses but this is normal the next lot will be stronger and a bigger spawn the male will probably handle them better as well but now they have at least started to do the deed. :clap::clap::clap:

they normally take 14 days to absorb there yolk sacs longer in cooler temps

sorry about the losses.

there are methods to help hatching--you could look into those for next time.

like others said, it could just be due to the "first spawn effect".
