is the cloudy eye just a light reflection or infection?

The cloudiness on the skin is light reflection but the eye is actually cloudy. He also has a wound on the tip of his snout, just like a 3mm cut. He didn't settle very well after the move, so I just put it down to his rapid movements around the tank and hitting the sides of the tank and filter.
