Hello everyone Im currently looking at buying some peppermints to breed. I have a 3 foot tank split into 2. Would half of a 3 foot tank be big enough for peppermints to breed either in a pair or trio?

What will you keep in the other half ?
I'm breeding a group of 5 in a 4 ft tank so il recomend that even for a pair you give them the floor space for them to be happy
Happy fish will thank you with lots of fry!
The reson I asked what you plan on keeping in the other half is to see if they are compatable as you might be able to keep them together!

The middle piece of glass can't be removed. So keeping them in a bigger tank isn't an option which is why i thought I'd ask
