Bristlenose Not Breeding

Hey everyone i have a colony of bristlenose i got from a mate that were breeding like rabbits and now they have all of a sudden given up, i have added a few caves i got from ancestrus and all my male does i s sit outside the cave at the entrance.
I have been doing regular water changes with slightly colder water with no outcome.
Can anyone give me some tips, heres a photo of my male

maybe some more info might help us advise you.
colony? how many and is there more than one male?
is there plenty of cover in the tank? how big is tank?
what is your water like? hard/soft/ph? temp?

1 adult male and 2 adult females, water is soft with a ph of 7.2 and temp is 27 degrees, as i said they were constant breeders but as soon as i moved them to my tank they give it up

perhaps its just the shock of moving, how long have you had them?

hmm, no obvious reason, any chance of a photo of the tank, might help me spot anything?
