i know commons are nothing special but i have whitnessed this male accumulate two different collections of eggs at once,, wanted to show it off, and ask if anyone else had seen this before as it is a first for me ..

I have a male and two female marbled BNs and often both the females lay in the same day. I suspect the pherimones from one laying exites the other female and she lays too.

Yes my common females used to form an orderly queue when the male was in spawning mode :lol:

i once had a brown who hatched 2 seperate batchs of eggs in near by caves he produced 150 plus young he is now hitting 175 young every 4 weeks just had 175 1 week ago and he is back on eggs now.these fish are amazing.
