Corydoras Pygmaeus

I have a group of Corydoras Pygmaeus, when I bought them they were described as wild Columbian.

My question is, most books/sites give the distribution as Brazil, so could someone tell me
1 Do you find Pygmaeus in Columbia?
2. If so do they differ in anyway from the normal Pygmaeus profile.
