Fry not eating

Hi all

Just wondering how people get their fry to eat i have 397 fry half in a fry saver the other half in a grow out tank and i crushing up sera flora flake but have to keep siphoning it out the next day. Is there something else i could try?

There is plenty of driftwood and plants in the tank is that enough for them to survive until they learn to eat?
