I've had endlers and swordtails suck super red fry out of fry traps

Eggs can sometimes dissolve but there is usually signs of this by means of something on the bottom but then i've never used a tumbler before so don't know :dk:

Before i create another topic i will ask it here before hand,

If i remove one of my peppermint males is it likely to increase the odds of breeding occuring?

nsw some where on the central coast
one thing is to learn patience, i would put male back in ,
just do water changes dont move anything around in tank, having no lights on tank will help as well.
i find if you keep disturbing them they won't breed but if you leave them to themselves you will have more chance.:hi::thumbup:

havent disturbed them quiet frankly i dont even see em out and about :) was just wondering so thought i would.

My routine is - turn light on, gravel vac tank (eheim), turn light off at night and feed.

Breeding? Only that one batch of magic eggs which consisted of 3-4 yellows that miracuously disappeared out of my fry saver :).

I will continue to persevere :)
