L134 fry food

Hi all

My fry are only a day or 2 off from feeding just wondering what other people out there feed their 134 fry?

My slackers haven't bred for ages but I managed to keep all of my fry alive with ground up carnivore pellets/algae wafers & blanched zucchini.
I was amazed how fast they grew & how quickly they ate the adults food
