Hi guys. Sorry I've no been around much, but it's due to various reasons.
Anyway, my L134s have had babies! I only managed to find 6 in the cave as I disturbed the male again, so thought it better to get them out before he ate them like last time. Going by the pic, would anyone like to guess how old they are, and when I should start feeding them? The stripes started appearing yesterday and I'd say they're about 10 to 12mm long.

congtats!!!

still some egg sack there so can only be hatched a week or so

I would start just a very small feed, a few times a day, powder food and/or microworms?

Thanks ladies . I started with a small ammount of crushed Prima yesterday, then a small piece of lightly blanched Courgette with the seeds removed, but it didn't look like they'd touched either. Will keep trying though and removing any left overs.

Thanks guys. Here's a little update for you.

I lost one of the fry after the last time I posted, but the other 5 are doing great at the moment. I haven't seen them eating yet, but they all look strong.
I have just had another pair spawn as well. Seen the male acting strange when I came home last night, so I had a closer look and the female was in the cave backwards spawning. Tonight I found an egg outside his cave, so I've put it in beside the youngsters as their fry trap has good flow. Not sure how many eggs there are as I don't want to disturb the male, but he's fanning away like mad in the cave.
Here's a pic taken today of one of the youngsters roughly 8 to 10 days old.
