was trying to breed L97, but no luck so far. male is 8in, female 6in.

had observed the female going into cave & the male trapping it...but usually this trapping will only last a while...and the female will escape...

what could be wrong? temperature (30degC)? caves are not suitable (triangular caves, 3.5in wide, 8in deep)? or ph? GH?

the trapping had ceased though...was wondering how can I get them in the mood again:dk:

Not unless you used RO or similar. I think the water changes are more geared around lowering the temp as it kind of tries to mimic being in the wild. Personally i think pressure is important too as a lot of people have been successful after storms plus the water changes
