Meat eaters....

I just got my favourite pseuda(L24) today and not so confident about how to feed what kind of meat.I've been keeping veggie eaters most of the time. The only meat i've been giving for my L14 once in awhile is a piece of prawn impaled on a fork. What other meats are good for pseudas and how to provide them? Pls guide me.

Hikari Carnivore/massivore pellets
shrimp pellets
Any number of other commercial foods

Thanks for all the replies. About the mussel, the saltwater mussel will be ok too?(always wanted to ask). Do I need to weight them down for the meats or just drop them in? My tank has very strong current. :dk:

yeah, salt water mussel if what i use, the cooked ones from the supermarket, i just give them a really good wash under cold water, then chuck them in, you may need to weigh them down if they get blown into areas that the plecs cant get to them
