NLS wafers for all my plecs?

Hi,

I was given a container of NLS wafers today by a generous friend to try.
I have heard a lot of good things about them & am looking forward to giving them a go.
Can I feed them daily to my L66, 134, 397 & pepps or should I use them less frequently?

Should be fine daily. If they dont want it they wont eat it and you can clean it out in the morning.

Its an aquired taste but they do seem to eventually like it. Smells divine in the jar.

Which ones? If it's the h2o wafers I've never seen any of mine touch them. I actually returned what I bought.
The mega fish formula goes over real well with my plecos. First time I dropped them in they were a hit.

Yeah the H20 ones, takes time for them to warm up to em but its good quality food.

I'll keep putting one in each tank every night until they take to it

Good luck with it swordfish. Most of my L's aren't big fans but hopefully with you they will come around with time.

my longfin albino bn fry love them as well as my pepps ,orange spots and calico bn

They still aren't being touched by my pepps, L66, 134 or 397's & I am syphoning them up whole the next day.

i would mix them with other wafers and use them with what wafers u normally feed your fish

Yeah that's what I have been doing.
Everything else is gone but the NLS still intact

Are you always feeding with other foods?
I'd feed it alone with nothing else. Just like with any foods, if given the choice they may go after what they are used to, no reason not to. If you feed alone they are kinda forced to eat it or starve (well little chance of that but a little hunger helps).

Not a glowing endorsement for the company is it but I hope my fish start to like it soon

I today tried aquarian algae eater chips, I was so surprised that my bn (144) were all over it for hours, first time they have tried it, with a good result, I think your peps wil, should like it

I like age of aquariums too. Always very fast postage unlike some others

my L134s loves NLS pellets i put 2 pellets for each at night befor i go to sleep and i have a look in the tank in the moring that's 6 hours latter to see if i can find any and i have never seen any left over.
