Sadly a case of over stocked over feed and over populated.

A crime we all have committed at some time.

To keep fish you need to keep water
Fishmongers keep fish we keep water.

I always say the rule of half's.
Always half the amount of fish and the feeding and double the tank size and amount of water changes.

Right now what your doing is great your asking and listening
I hope this sorts out soon but with out a bigger tank or less fish it is always going to bite you.

You're probably at the tail end of the cycle and getting a minor bacteria bloom. I would continue with the water changes and monitor the water quality. If you have a UV sterilizer that might help too.

Hi, nutrafin sounds fine, but follow the dosage directions.
I would keep the w/c going evey day 10-20% for a while longer, cloudy is probably algae bloom from new tank syndone.
it is a small tank not designed to hold many fish. what fish do you now have in there?

Definitely need to up-grade the tank as your plecs will quickly out grow that floor space and may stunt them if nothing is done. Try a 3 foot if you have the room.
