Omega 1 Dried Bloodworm

Does anybody use this product and also what are the pros and cons between it and frozen foods?

I don't use it but from past expereince its pretty much useless. Not specifically that particular brand but the dried bloodworms in general. First, they don't sink so attempting to feed bottom dwellers is futile. Its not really known how the drying process affects the nutritional value, but for my money I prefer to feed a quality frozen food.

agree with Lornek. Fresh in my view is best. I use Hikari bloodworms . cheers jk :thumbup:
