Hi,

Some ideas for you

1. Feed less
2. Blanch some peas, de-shell them and feed them to the plecos. This usually helps with bloat.
3. You do not state what Ls you have and also tank size etc.

Give this a try before spending money on meds.

Also add some epsom salt in tank it helped my fry with bloat
