Royal whippie fry

I have my first ever royal whippie fry and so far they have made it to 8 days old. Feeding them spirulina and agar agar.
Wierd thing is they weren't supposed to breed yet; they are still on calcium carb substrate.

Oh yeah, thats why I am counting the days. I know a lot of breeders find the 2 week old mark a tough one to get over. So far so very good though.

Our royals keep hatching their fry but I am yet to see one make it past 8 days. I guess though ours have always been sharing a tank with other fish and even though we've had them in a fry saver the other fish alway seems to find whiptail fry are a nice meal
