snails need the get rid off them

hi everyone i think i need about 10 assassins at least, i have hundreds of pest snails just come out of no where, if anybody knows where i can get some assassins in australia i would be happy, or another solution please

there are no assassin snales in oz
strip dowm your tank and clean it! hot water let everything dry in the sun ? 2 days!
put fish in a tub

I noticed in one tank the snails were at the top of the tank. My sponge filter wasn't working and my filter had slowed right up. (low dso) So they saved me a potential problem.

Scrubbing the tank out doesn't get rid of them unless you change the filter media too!

well said GrubbyGirl i just didn't want to type it again was on the first page

to be honest the only way i know to get them out is to strip the tank filter down clean hoses substrate ornaments with boiling water !

dont go half at it if you deside to get rid of them, make sure that you do a thurer job.
i had them in one tank a few years back treated with cemicals ; i dont recomend cemicals it kill some fish stressed the rest and i still needed to strip dow the tank
