I'm thinking that around the 3ft size would be good as thats what seems to be the norm?? What depth and width would ppl suggest on getting ??

I use and find 3'x18"x18" to be an optimum size for most hypans, but you will get the odd male where this is not enough territory resulting in bullying or injury.

I use mainly 18" cubes holding 4 or 5 fish mix is always heavy on the females.

I am currently either housing or going around 5-6 adults in each group with pref 2 males and 4 females. I'm hoping to buy some 3 x 18 x 18 tanks to use in breeding them :dk:
