two tier tank stand

I need to make a two tiered tank stand to take 4 24"x12" tanks end on. Therefore the tops of the stand will be 24"x24". Has anyone got any plans or ideas please. I need to know how high the bottom tanks should be off the ground for water change purposes. The stand is going in a cupboard which is only 38"w x 275"d x 49h. All help would be most welcome

Dont think there would be enough room in there for the 2 stands. The one ive seen is 26.5" long so would have to go side on and then there is a bit more wall in the way. I think I an going to build a stand and use kitchen worktop for the shelves then it should be ok for the weight
