Uploading Pictures

Hi i want to upload a picture from my computer onto pleco id tread but i cant figure it out please help.

you can upload your pic to your gallery here http://www.plecoplanet.com/forum/photoplog/upload.php then you can post pics directly from your gallery, either upload it to the species that the pic is of, or if you're not sure of it, upload to all other plecs catagory and we can sort it out later

If pic is very large you might like to resize it smaller before uploading.

kind of off topic but can videos also be uploaded, or do they need to be uploaded to a hosting site and then linked here?
