My Gibby (13 in.), and Rhino (10 in) eat 3 to 4 whole, large zucchini a week and usually turn their noses up to any other veggie. Its getting close to Halloween and we've been carving pumpkins so thats what they get to eat for awhile. The Rhino loves the pumkin rind which I thought to be too hard.

Not sure the name of my 4 plecs, but I've been told he's 'general'. They all love zucchini and their favourite is cucumber. Every now and then they'll scab some blood worms. The two L243's enjoy their wood at the moment and have stripped a plant so I will introduce them to cucumber shortly.

My ABN female will eat anything i drop in the tank and my common bn would too if he was allowed anywhere near the food. lol
I don't see what my Pepp likes most of the time because it's always eating when I'm sleeping, but I have seen it have some cucumber which is a favourite among all.
I tried a thin slice of butternut the other night and it was an instant hit.
My L002s love when I feed peas. They'll come out into the light to get some of those.
Besides the veges, they have algae wafers and anything else I feed to the rest of the fish which includes flakes, frozen bloodworm and brine shrimp, and blocks of frozen community fish food.

Edit: my ABN female devoured a community fish block tonight like nothing else. So I guess that's her favourite

I treated my 2 last night to some butternut squash and sweet potato, which they loved, most was gone before I went to bed!!
First time I've feed them this too.
Followed by a small bit off blood worm.
Can't wait for poo cleaning tomorrow......not!

yeah, these are ''favorites" but will eat red bell pepper and sweet potato if soaked in garlic, so fussy !! My late common ,9'', would get on a floating mushroom and dangle till he ate it all, guess they have their favorites same as most other animals.:dk: Georgie

NLS growth brings everyone out but its a bit rich to feed all the time so they only get it a couple times a week. Likewise with bloodworms.

Panaques and whiptails love their cucumber.

Lately been trying some of the carnivores on Hikari Massivore tabs and it seems to be a big hit. Again only in moderation. It certainly smells divine.

Cucumber, zucchini, mushroom, egg plant, water melon rind, lol pretty much whatever is cheap at the time, had a bad experience with b-nut pumpkin (picky L18s!)
