Just found some fat worms at the bottom the rain water but.
Can I use this as live food?

Flat worms can be free living or parasitic. Probably best not to risk it. It's very hard to tell them apart.
Plus they can explode in numbers in your tank.

Jackson was talking about flat worms not fat worms. I assume you meant fat juicy garden variety? if you are they are quite safe as long as you wash them and squeeze the poo out of them... I used to chop them up and the fish went crazy for them, not sure about plecos tho.
